Published to accompany the exhibition by the same name. Their eerie, off-realistic appearance makes Wanda Tuerlinckx's androids as intriguing as they are unnerving. Just as with the heavily retouched crayon portraits, we start to doubt what we see. Which makes us wonder: do robots look like humans? Or do filters make us look like androids?
